About the role

With the immense success of reMarkable over the last years, reMarkable has grown a large, global and very engaged customer base. One of reMarkable's key focus areas and long-term goals is to increase value for our customers and create great customer experiences.

As a Strategic Branding and Marketing Manager, in the Customer Success and Marketing team, you will have a central role in creating great customer experiences post-purchase from a brand perspective, to create high customer lifetime value, engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for delivering brand and marketing initiatives with ambition and quality at a level with the largest brands in the world.

Work tasks:

  • Contribute to defining the long-term goals of Customer Success from a brand perspective.

  • Identify and evaluate strategic initiatives that contribute to reMarkable and Customer Success goals for the post-purchase experiences.

  • Lead and report on strategic important projects concerning for example referral, blog, forum strategy and content strategy. Source content and productions from internal and external partners.

  • Secure close cooperation and synergies between Customer Success and other relevant brand and marketing teams in reMarkable.

  • Contribute to building strong teams within the brand and marketing area in Customer Success, and assist in defining and recruiting relevant roles.

Is this the right role for you?

We are looking for a candidate with experience in marketing and communications who is passionate about branding. You are curious about human behavior and how this may be altered through great brand experiences, marketing and communication. You can work with complex projects of high strategic importance in a result-oriented environment. You are data- and insight-driven and have an iterative approach. Experience with digital marketing channels, direct to consumer (D2C) brands, post-purchase customer experience and engagement, and working with a subscription business model is a plus.

Who are you?

  • 3-5 years higher education, bachelor or master degree

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, advertising, or communications

  • Master English as a working language
