That’s why we’re currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will lead, manage, and develop our efforts in attracting, hiring and onboarding the best people to take us to the next level of our scaling adventure. About the role

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire the best people for our growing areas of subjects, from technology to design and operations.

Responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions, nationally and globally. You should be able to ensure we provide an excellent candidate experience, while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. You will also be deeply involved in the day to day activities of recruiting and hiring, to ensure we meet our targets.

Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for our company, together with dedicated people from our marketing department, so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Further tasks and responsibilities

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be given significant responsibility and be part of the leadership team in the Organization tribe. Your main tasks will include:

  • Design and execute national and global recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs

  • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures

  • Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed

  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates

  • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience

  • Own and maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

  • Help plan and initiate campaigns and activities to establish a strong employer brand

  • Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding hiring and retaining the best people.

  • Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires

Who are you?

  • Proven work experience with Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position

  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation

  • Good knowledge of labour legislation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team-management abilities

  • BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field

  • Thrives in a high-speed working environment, taking the initiative to create ways of achieving the almost impossible, by engaging the team around you.
